General Policy

Due to the nature of our research-grade products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on peptide products.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include the following in your request:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging

We will review your claim promptly and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or full refund for the affected item(s).

Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. Reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number immediately.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Every VivePeptides product is manufactured to ≥99% purity and verified through independent third-party testing. If you believe a product does not meet our stated purity specifications, contact us with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
